Returns
Our aim is to ensure that you are delighted with your Hens And Hollyhocks order, however if you would like to return your items to us, we would be more than happy to help you with your return and to offer an exchange or refund if possible.

Our Returns Policy
We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

We are unable to offer a refund for the shipping costs associated with your original order. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning their order to us.
